Starting in 2023, MARMIL TENDE introduces a new production facility - Aluminium Die Casting, where we perform the melting and processing of light metals (aluminum). After the creation of 20 specialized molds for casting, we have begun serial production of parts (castings) for 3 models of awnings: ELENA, MARTA, and PANDORA.
To produce the finished product, each awning casting undergoes a series of different processing stages.
In the first stage, the aluminum alloy ingot is melted in a specialized furnace at a temperature of 700°C, after which it is poured into molds set on industrial machines with high-pressure casting.
The second stage involves the process of cleaning, grinding, and polishing the castings to achieve a smooth texture.
In the final stage, the castings are coated in powder coating chambers.
We perform powder coating for awning sets in two standard colors - RAL 9010 and RAL 7016.
In addition to the castings from our production available for sale in sets, we offer our partners arm profiles: front profile with a rain channel, small and large arm profile - ELENA model, front round profile - Marta model, 3 profiles for Pandora cassette awning.
The profiles are available in various dimensions, painted or unpainted, and are integral parts of all the awning models we offer.
Let's not forget, our awning sets also include certain segments of Italian origin, which together with the previous sets, as well as custom-made sewn acrylic fabric, complete one awning. Reducers and cranks, rollers, and roller inserts are also available for sale.
